Free delivery when you spend £60. Everything leaves here packed plastic-free — no bubble wrap, no plastic tape, no nonsense.

Where we ship
We post right across mainland Great Britain — England, Scotland and Wales.

We can't ship to Northern Ireland at the moment, and here's the honest reason: since June 2025, Royal Mail no longer allows seeds or plants to be posted from Great Britain to Northern Ireland. Every Grow Box has seeds inside, so it's a rule we genuinely can't get around. We'd rather tell you straight than take your order and watch it bounce back. If you're in NI and want a kit, email us at laura@andeye.com — we'll let you know the second anything changes.

Cost & timing
We send everything via Royal Mail Tracked 48. We pack and post within 2-3 working days, and delivery usually takes 2–3 working days from there.

Shipping is a flat £4.95. Spend £60 or more and it's on us — free delivery, no code needed.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your Grow Box is on its way, so you can watch it travel to your door.

If something goes astray
It's rare, but parcels do occasionally go walkabout. If yours hasn't landed within 10 working days of dispatch, email us at laura@andeye.com and we'll chase Royal Mail and put it right.
